We love understanding how people work. We have spent over a decade developing practices that help us work with others to collaboratively define, build and implement solutions that add real value to their work.

We get excited when software helps people save valuable administrative time, so that they can focus on their core strengths; when software helps improve the quality of outcomes by making processes more repeatable and organized; when we can highlight parts of the business that need attention by providing insights through reporting; and when we can increase transparency and communication around shared work. We’re happiest when we can help make work more fun because it’s organized and collaborative.

Our experience over the past decade has been primarily focused on delivering web-based software and consulting solutions to the academic and biomedical research community. We founded iLab Solutions, a software as a service company that we operated for over 12 years. iLab has been under the stewardship of a very talented team at Agilent for the past several years and we enjoy providing ongoing consulting services to Agilent.
